Gleipnir is made by SJDevelopment LLC. This page says exactly what is collected and what happens to it. It is short because nothing is collected.

If you download Gleipnir

Nothing is collected. There is no account, no sign-up and no registration: the download is a file on a server, and the app does not report back that you opened it.

If you visit this site

Nothing is collected. There is no form anywhere on gleipnir.app, no account, no sign-up and no analytics. Every page here is a file. The one request a page makes back to us asks which version is currently published, and it carries nothing about you.

What the app does not do

• No analytics, no telemetry, no usage tracking, no crash reporting.
• Nothing about your projects, code, agents or conversations ever leaves your machine.
• It checks whether a newer version exists. That is an ordinary request for a file, and it carries nothing about you.
• It never sees your Claude Code login. It runs the CLI you already have.

Who else touches it

• Cloudflare — hosts and serves this site, so it handles the request your browser makes for each page. It sets no cookie here.
• Google Fonts — serves the two typefaces this site is set in. Loading them tells Google your IP address and browser. Nothing else is sent, and no cookie is set.

Nobody else. There is no advertising network, no analytics, and no tracking script on this site.

What is still held

One thing, and it is on its way out. Gleipnir ran a closed beta until August 2026. Applying to it meant giving a name, an email address, which platform you were on and a sentence or two about your work, and those applications sit in a database. The form that collected them is gone, the route that received them is gone, and the applications themselves are being deleted as the beta closes.

If you applied and would rather yours went now than waited, the address below does it. Nothing on this site collects anything new to replace it.

Having it deleted

Mail [email protected] and say so. If you applied to the beta, that application is removed within thirty days and a reply confirms it. Removal is a real deletion of the row, not a flag that hides it. No reason is needed and asking does not need an account.

The same address will say what is held about you, if you would rather see it first.

Where you are

SJDevelopment LLC is in the United States. If you are in the UK or the EU and you applied to the beta, the lawful basis for holding that application is your consent, given when you sent it, and you can withdraw it at any time using the address above. Deleting the beta applications ends the only storage there is; nothing on this site starts new storage.

Emails

Downloading Gleipnir gets you no email at all, because downloading it tells us nothing about you. There is no newsletter and no marketing list, and if that ever changes it will be something you opt into rather than something you are added to.
